Q: What is Waave?

Q: What is Kratom?

A: Kratom is from a tree called Mitragyna Speciosa, which is native to South East Asia, and the same family as the coffee tree. 

Q: Is your Kratom Powder tested for contaminants?

A: Absolutely! Every shipment we receive is lab tested. The sterilization method used is a dry heat version and currently our dedicated supplier is the only business in the USA with an FDA approved and  Validated sterilization method for kratom. We test for EColi, Salmonella, Listeria, Yeast, Mold, and Lead. Test results can be found by clicking the “Lab Results” link on our homepage. We also test for the alkaloid content of each strain.. which is also published under “Lab Results”

Q: How many grams are in a standard teaspoon?

A: This question is frequently asked due to our Supplement label’s serving suggestion. The answer is approximately 2.5 grams. 

Q: How much Kratom is in 1 capsule?

A: Because a machine fills our capsules, there is about 0.6 -0.7 gram of powder packed per 1 vegetable capsule.

Q: Will I fail a drug test if I use CBD or Kratom?

A: If the test is specifically for Mitragyna and you have used Kratom, yes, you will fail that test. Mitragyna is not tested for using a standard/routine drug test. If you use CBD products prior to taking a drug test, we cannot guarantee that you will pass. 

Q: How do I use my Loyalty Program Points?

A: To redeem your loyalty points, click the gift box at the upper left corner on our website, if on the computer. It will be in the lower left corner if on your phone. Then click claim and choose which amount you want to redeem. Click the amount and a code will pop up to enter at checkout in the coupon box.

Q: Can I use my Loyalty Program Rewards with other discount codes?

A: Unfortunately our system will only allow 1 coupon code per transaction. You can choose which discount is best for you to use. Coupon codes given for redeeming your rewards points do not expire.
